Credentialing Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

To support the credentialing process, the full-time remote Credentialing Enrollment Specialist will manage provider applications, perform primary source verifications, and ensure compliance with governmental and regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Perform primary source verifications for managed care credentialing and re-credentialing of providers
• Resolve billing issues related to provider enrollment and credentialing
• Enter provider data into the ECHO database and conduct follow-ups on required documentation

Required qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Three years of experience in provider credentialing, privileging, or enrollment
• Knowledge of personal computers and Microsoft applications
• Certification as a Certified Provider Credential Specialist (CPCS) or Certified Professional Medical Services Management (CPMSM) preferred
