Credentialing Enrollment Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing & Enrollment Specialist to ensure timely resolution of payor enrollment and streamline processes for onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure timely resolution and completion of payor enrollment to avoid revenue loss
• Review and streamline processes and workflows for the onboarding department
• Resolve complex provider enrollment issues and support special projects related to health plan requirements

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in managed care credentialing, billing, or Medical Staff service setting
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
• Experience with Verity Credentialstream software, Athena EMR, Salesforce RCM, and Monday.com preferred
• Must comply with HIPAA rules and regulations
