Credentialing Implementation Representative

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Implementation Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and collect required information for setting up new clients, groups, and providers
• Enter and maintain accurate provider data in the TriZetto credentialing system
• Serve as the first point of contact for TriZetto Credentialing clients via phone and email

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate degree preferred
• Experience in credentialing or provider enrollment is a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel), Adobe Acrobat, and web-based research
