Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Direct and optimize credentialing processes for various provider types, ensuring compliance and operational excellence
• Serve as the subject matter expert in provider credentialing and represent the organization during regulatory engagements
• Develop and deliver executive-level reports related to credentialing activities and oversee vendor management

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field
• Five or more years of progressive leadership experience in health plan credentialing or provider enrollment
• Expertise in credentialing standards and regulatory requirements
• Prior success in credentialing program development and vendor management
• Experience with credentialing software and provider data management systems
