Job Summary

Leading a team of Credentialing Specialists, the full-time Credentialing Manager will ensure effective credentialing services across assigned facilities while maintaining compliance with regulatory standards and promoting operational excellence in a primarily remote work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and support Credentialing Specialists to meet performance and service quality goals
• Direct credentialing processes and conduct audits to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Maintain knowledge of credentialing regulations and lead facility preparations for surveys and accreditation reviews

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
• CPCS (Certified Professional Credentialing Specialist) certification required
• Extensive experience in credentialing and medical staff services required
• Surgical center or healthcare facility experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of credentialing processes and regulatory frameworks
