Job Summary

Leading a credentialing team in a fully remote capacity, the Credentialing Manager will oversee the department to ensure timely and accurate provider credentialing while developing team performance and implementing efficient workflows.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement departmental procedures and quality measures to ensure effective workflow
  • Provide leadership and training to staff, including performance evaluations and development plans
  • Act as a subject matter expert on credentialing requirements and monitor performance for large clients
Required qualifications
  • 2-year Associate degree in Business or related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in a credentialing management capacity
  • Proven leadership experience in developing teams and driving performance
  • Ability to organize and report on large amounts of data
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
