Credentialing Manager

Job Summary

Providing strategic and operational leadership, the full-time remote Manager, Credentialing will oversee the credentialing function, manage team performance, and ensure compliance with payer and regulatory requirements while supporting revenue cycle operations.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily credentialing operations, including initial credentialing, recredentialing, and payer enrollment
• Lead and develop credentialing team members, setting performance expectations and conducting regular coaching sessions
• Serve as an escalation point for complex credentialing issues and ensure timely completion of credentialing activities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Health Information Management, or a related field preferred
• Minimum three years of credentialing, provider enrollment, or healthcare operations experience
• Minimum two years of supervisory or management experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of provider credentialing processes and healthcare payer requirements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint
