Credentialing Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day credentialing operations, the full-time Operations Analyst will process provider credentials, licenses, and payor enrollment applications while collaborating cross-functionally in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Research, interpret, and evaluate provider licensure and continuing medical education information in the U.S
• Complete applications for provider credentialing, licensure, or payor enrollment on behalf of customers
• Validate and authenticate information on the credentialing platform to ensure accuracy

Required qualifications

• Experience in Credentialing is a must
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent years of work experience
• Ability to conduct extensive research, particularly via Google
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google applications
• Fluency in English
