Credentialing Operations Coordinator

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Operations Coordinator to support compliance and provider operations through efficient management of licensing and credentialing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track provider licensing and credentialing operations through Medallion, including applications and renewals
• Complete and follow up on credentialing requests to ensure timely processing
• Verify provider enrollment data and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications:

• Associates degree at a minimum
• CPCS certification preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in provider licensing, credentialing, or enrollment, preferably in telehealth
• Experience with licensing platforms and proficiency with Medallion and CAQH
• Knowledge of state licensing and collaborative practice agreement requirements for Nurse Practitioners
