Credentialing Representative

Job Summary

To support the enrollment of behavioral health providers, the part-time Credentialing Representative will process provider applications, conduct quality audits, and solve complex problems while working remotely within the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Process provider applications and re-applications, including initial communications and verifications
• Conduct quality audits and provide feedback to enhance processes and performance
• Identify and implement new solutions to complex problems independently

Required qualifications:

• High School Diploma/GED
• 1+ years of healthcare customer service and/or administration experience
• 1+ years of healthcare provider credentialing experience
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word
• Access to a designated quiet workspace with secure handling of Protected Health Information (PHI)
