Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist - Credentials Committee.

Key Responsibilities

Assist with the coordination of the enterprise-wide credentialing process for practitioners and health delivery organizations
Maintain the credentialing software database, ensuring data accuracy and completeness
Communicate with healthcare practitioners to clarify questions and request missing information

Required Qualifications

High school diploma required; Associate degree preferred
2-5 years of hospital or insurance plan credentialing experience
Working knowledge of Joint Commission, NCQA, URAC, and HFAP standards
Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) preferred
