Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications and link letters
• Manage documentation and track provider licensure, ensuring timely revalidation
• Communicate with providers and teams to resolve enrollment issues and maintain status updates

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in provider enrollment
• Knowledge of government and commercial payer enrollment processes
• Preferred experience with Modio Health
• Ability to comply with regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
