Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist (Fully Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Process initial credentialing and re-credentialing applications for providers and practice groups
• Monitor, track, and follow up on all applications with payers until completion
• Maintain internal credentialing tracking system and ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of an Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Credentialing
• 2+ years of provider credentialing experience with knowledge of payer policies for multiple states
• Experience working in Microsoft Outlook and TEAMS preferred
• Ability to comprehend and apply relevant laws, guidelines, and regulations
• Experience in a fully remote setting preferred
