Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist responsible for managing the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for mental health clinicians.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of credentialing and re-credentialing for clinicians across commercial and Medicaid payers
• Own and maintain Modio for credentialing workflows and ensure accurate data management
• Serve as a key contact for credentialing inquiries and support onboarding efforts for new clinicians

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of credentialing experience, preferably in mental health or behavioral health
• Experience managing CAQH, re-credentialing cycles, and both commercial and Medicaid payers
• Familiarity with PECOS and comfort in managing systems and workflows independently
• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
• Bilingual (Spanish a plus)
