Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to lead provider credentialing efforts.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full credentialing lifecycle for providers and practice locations, including Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans
• Maintain accurate CAQH profiles for providers, ensuring they reflect current credentials and practice information
• Assess and optimize credentialing workflows, develop standard operating procedures, and monitor compliance with payer requirements

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in provider enrollment and credentialing
• Extensive experience with PECOS enrollments and Medicare Advantage applications
• Familiarity with tracking and project management tools such as Airtable
• Experience in building SOPs and improving operational workflows
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
