Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Assoc Specialist in National Credentialing (Provider Credentialing) for a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and process daily alerts for federal/state sanctions and exclusions reports
• Review and process Medicare Opt-Out reports to identify providers who have opted out
• Review and process NPDB Continuous Query reports and take necessary actions on new findings

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• Experience in a production or administrative role requiring self-direction and critical thinking
• Extensive experience using a computer, including internet research and Microsoft Outlook and Word
• Experience with professional written and verbal communication
• Preferred experience in the health care industry and with provider credentialing
