Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist to facilitate and monitor the onboarding pre-hire process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure timely completion of new hire tasks and process credentialing documentation for candidates
  • Verify candidate credentials for compliance with program, State, and Federal standards
  • Communicate with Program Management and Staffing Partners regarding process delays and coordinate new staff orientation
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Human Resources or related field preferred
  • Experience in credentialing or human resources preferred
  • Familiarity with State and Federal credentialing standards
  • Proficiency in using HR software and databases
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
