Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Specialist, Credentialing to manage provider credentialing and enrollment processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end provider credentialing and enrollment, ensuring compliance and quality standards
• Conduct audits of credentialing files to ensure accuracy and adherence to regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to support credentialing processes and maintain operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma with 4 years of healthcare-related experience, or an Associate's degree with 2 years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 1 year of experience
• 2 or more years of previous credentialing and/or provider enrollment experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite
• Ability to pass a comprehensive background check upon hire and throughout employment
• Exceptional customer service skills
