Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Specialist (Contractor).

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end provider credentialing, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards and internal policies
• Maintain data integrity by reconciling discrepancies and tracking licenses, certifications, and expirables
• Continuously improve processes using digital tools and automation while collaborating with enrollment and operations teams

Required Qualifications

• 2-5+ years of credentialing experience in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in startup tech stack (Google Workspace, Notion, Slack) and experience with CRM/credentialing platforms
• Experience with digital process optimization and understanding of NCQA and CAQH
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple enrollments
• Ability to coordinate effectively across internal and external stakeholders
