Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

Credentialing Specialist is a remote, full-time position responsible for supervising and training the credentialing associate team, documenting processes, and improving workflows in the credentialing department.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and train the credentialing associate team
• Document and analyze BetterHelp Insurance Credentialing processes to enhance efficiency
• Provide guidance and support to associates and maintain relationships with other teams

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing or administrative support
• Strong understanding of NCQA credentialing requirements
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with CRM or credentialing software
• Experience in behavioral health or mental health provider credentialing
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks
