Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a system-wide initiative focused on credentialing and privileging standardization, the full-time remote Credentialing Specialist will manage the transition to CredentialStream, coordinate meetings with clinical experts, and assist with data validation and governance workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Support privileging standardization efforts and coordinate meetings with clinical subject matter experts
• Work within credentialing systems to facilitate the transition from Echo Cred to CredentialStream
• Perform data cleanup and validation post go-live while tracking project progress and maintaining documentation

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of credentialing and privileging experience
• Hands-on experience with CredentialStream
• Experience supporting credentialing system implementations or transitions
