Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

Supporting the full lifecycle of payer enrollment and credentialing activities, the full-time remote Credentialing Specialist will manage applications across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial enrollments while serving as a liaison to franchisees and coordinating with internal teams.

Key responsibilities:

• Execute the full lifecycle of payer enrollment and credentialing activities, including initial applications, revalidations, and ongoing maintenance
• Prepare, review, and submit enrollment applications and supporting documentation, ensuring accuracy and completeness
• Monitor and track the status of all enrollment activities, conducting proactive follow-ups on pending applications and recredentialing requirements

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
• Minimum of three years of experience supporting payer enrollment and credentialing activities
• Strong knowledge of payer enrollment processes across Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial sectors
• Experience with credentialing-related systems and tools for tracking enrollment activities
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize deadlines in a fast-paced environment
