Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing medical practice, the full-time Credentialing and Enrollment Specialist will manage payer enrollment preparation activities for providers, ensuring documentation accuracy and compliance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Complete and track credentialing and payer enrollment applications for all providers across various plans
• Partner with customers to tailor enrollment applications to their specific payer requirements and timelines
• Establish and document processes for gathering necessary information to enable efficient enrollments

Required qualifications

• An associate's degree and/or bachelor's degree
• 3+ years of payer enrollment/credentialing experience, preferably in a radiology practice
• Direct experience managing CAQH profiles and using credentialing platforms; experience with CredflowAI is a plus
• Experience working with radiologists and other specialists in diverse healthcare settings
• Certified Provider Enrollment Specialist (CPES) and/or Certified Provider Credentialing Specialist (CPCS) certification highly preferred
