Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare team, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will manage enrollment and re-credentialing applications, maintain detailed logs of work, and communicate application statuses to various stakeholders in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Complete enrollment and re-credentialing applications while maintaining a detailed log of pending and completed work
• Communicate results and statuses of applications to physicians, payers, and internal teams
• Research and resolve claim issues related to physician enrollment and maintain CAQH profiles

Required qualifications

• Experience in the medical billing field and/or healthcare provider relations
• Prior enrollment or credentialing experience preferred
• College degree or degree in process preferred
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
