Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

Managing day-to-day credentialing tasks, the remote Credentialing Specialist will interact with providers and internal teams while maintaining productivity and quality standards in a volume-driven environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Develop a comprehensive understanding of credentialing processes and tools
• Manage an assigned caseload and ensure service delivery meets expectations
• Support leadership by identifying and escalating issues through established pathways

Required qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced, volume-based or customer service-oriented environment
• Experience with credentialing or provider-facing roles is preferred
• Proficiency in data entry and manipulation in a production-driven environment
• Familiarity with health insurance processes is a plus
