Job Summary

To support a growing telehealth startup, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will manage the credentialing process for nursing and physician staff, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Process credentialing applications and maintain accurate files for healthcare providers
• Verify professional licenses and educational credentials through primary source verification
• Coordinate with external agencies and maintain organized records using the credentialing management system

Required Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a healthcare or related field
• Minimum of 2 years of healthcare credentialing experience
• Strong understanding of CAQH, NPI, PECOS, and payer credentialing/enrollment processes
• Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
• Proficiency with Google Suite and EHR systems
