Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

Working remotely, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will manage provider credentialing, payer enrollment, and recredentialing to ensure timely participation and uninterrupted patient access and reimbursement.

Key responsibilities

• Submit and track provider enrollments across Medicare/Medicaid and commercial payers to secure effective dates
• Maintain CAQH attestations and accurate provider data across payer portals and internal credentialing systems
• Assist with onboarding new providers by gathering documents and coordinating start-date readiness

Required qualifications

• 2+ years in provider credentialing and/or payer enrollment experience
• Hands-on experience with CAQH, Medicare PECOS, and payer portals
• Working knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid and commercial enrollment rules
• Proficient in credentialing systems and Excel/Google Sheets
• High school diploma or equivalent required
