Job Summary

Credentialing a variety of provider types across multiple states, the full-time remote Credentialing Specialist will manage high volumes of credentialing caseloads, pioneer best practices, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to improve processes in the healthcare sector.

Key responsibilities

• Credentialing providers end-to-end while managing high volumes of caseloads
• Pioneering best practices and new workflows for provider credentialing
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of relevant Credentialing Management experience, preferably with knowledge of NCQA standards
• Proficient in Google Suite and Adobe, with familiarity in Salesforce or comparable CRM tools
• Ability to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders through verbal and written methods
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills to manage multiple responsibilities
• Passion for the healthcare tech industry and commitment to high-quality work
