Job Summary

Managing the full scope of provider credentialing and payer enrollment, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will ensure compliance with regulations and internal policies while supporting timely provider onboarding in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate the credentialing and enrollment process for healthcare providers across all facilities
• Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with internal policies and external regulations
• Serve as a liaison among various departments to align credentialing timelines with operational needs

Required qualifications

• Minimum of two years of experience in provider credentialing or payer enrollment
• High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) required
• Proficiency with credentialing software and payer enrollment portals
• Familiarity with CMS regulations and Hawaii-specific Medicaid requirements
• Strong time management skills and attention to detail
