Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a growing network of medical providers, the remote Credentialing Specialist will manage the full enrollment and re-enrollment process, ensuring accurate provider data and timely renewals of licenses and certifications.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain provider data accuracy across all credentialing systems
• Complete and track provider enrollment and re-enrollment applications to ensure timely processing
• Partner with HR to facilitate a smooth onboarding experience for practitioners

Required qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• Prior experience in Provider Enrollment Process and Revenue Cycle
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software applications
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with providers and staff
