Credentialing Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing dental service organization, the full-time remote Credentialing Specialist will manage the delegated credentialing process for General and Specialty Dentists, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory standards.
Key responsibilities
- Organize, maintain, and verify all aspects of the delegated credentialing process in accordance with NCQA guidelines
- Audit provider licensure files and prepare documentation for internal and external audits
- Coordinate and process internal re-credentialing while addressing credentialing issues with providers and internal departments
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma required
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in Healthcare Credentialing, preferably in Dental
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Adobe
- Experience with insurance/payer application submissions
- Designated workspace with high-speed internet access
