Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

To support a collaborative team, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will manage the credentialing and recredentialing processes for clinicians and locations, ensuring compliance with payer requirements while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor new location enrollments and manage revalidation enrollments with contracted payers
• Oversee onboarding credentialing documents for new hire clinicians and recredentialing for existing clinicians
• Maintain the Credentialing Matrix and analyze rejection trends to improve workflows

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• At least 1 year of experience working with insurance plans preferred
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office preferred
