Credentialing Specialist

Job Summary

Serving as the point of contact for the credentialing application process, the full-time Credentialing Specialist will manage provider enrollment applications, ensure timely follow-ups with payers, and maintain organized documentation while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit provider enrollment applications and link letters
• Follow up with payers on submitted applications for approval notices
• Track provider licensure and manage documentation in a shared drive

Required qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in provider enrollment
• Knowledge of government and commercial payer enrollment processes
• Preferred experience with Modio Health
• Demonstrated knowledge of regulatory requirements and organizational policies
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
