Credentialing Specialist - ABA

Job Summary

Managing the enrollment and credentialing process for newly hired Behavior Analysts and Technicians, the full-time Credentialing Specialist - ABA will work remotely across all US time zones to ensure timely application submissions and maintain credentialing databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with providers and internal departments to gather and verify credentialing information
• Maintain and update credentialing tracking systems and databases, such as CAQH and Lumary
• Complete enrollment and credentialing applications in accordance with payer guidelines

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Minimum 1 year experience in provider enrollment and medical credentialing
• Preferred experience with Behavior Analyst enrollment and credentialing
• Ability to manage multiple new hires at various stages of the enrollment process
• Familiarity with various payers' enrollment and credentialing processes
