Credentialing Specialist - Nevada

Job Summary

To support credentialing efforts, the full-time Credentialing Specialist - Nevada will manage the credentialing and re-credentialing processes for healthcare providers, ensuring compliance with standards while working remotely across the U.S.

Key responsibilities:

• Process and review provider applications and re-applications, maintaining high quality standards
• Conduct internal audits on credentialing files to ensure compliance with policies and procedures
• Coordinate with medical staff and external auditors to verify credentials and maintain accurate records

Required qualifications:

• 3+ years of healthcare provider group/facility credentialing experience
• 2+ years of experience in healthcare administration or medical staff services
• 2+ years of experience with credentialing processes and relevant software
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Ability to work Pacific time zone hours
