Credentialing Specialist - WI

Job Summary

To support provider enrollment and credentialing activities, the full-time remote Credentialing Specialist - WI will manage external provider enrollment processes, maintain accurate network status information, and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities:

• Process provider enrollment applications and maintain up-to-date file information across multiple systems
• Establish and maintain positive relationships with payer strategies and patient financial services teams
• Communicate effectively with payer group representatives and respond to inquiries regarding provider affiliations

Required qualifications:

• Associate's degree or 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and Excel
• Exceptional critical thinking skills and sound judgment
• Ability to perform essential job functions either on-site or remotely
• Strong written, verbal, and auditory communication skills
