Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing Supervisor (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day operations of credentialing staff and provide performance feedback
• Monitor team KPIs to ensure timely and accurate completion of provider credentialing
• Collaborate with the compliance department on audits and adjust internal processes as needed

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred
• 4 years of experience in a credentialing-related capacity
• Experience in the autism field or with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred
• Supervisory experience over one or more individual contributors
