Job Summary

To enhance internal processes, the full-time remote Credentialing Supervisor will lead the Credentialing team, focusing on optimizing systems, improving cross-functional coordination, and leveraging data for actionable insights.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and implement scalable solutions to improve credentialing system efficiency and operational effectiveness
  • Serve as a representative for Credentialing, fostering strong relationships and coordination across internal teams
  • Analyze data and provider feedback to generate insights that inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Proven track record of leading and developing teams in a healthcare operations environment
  • Strong operational mindset with experience in process and system improvement
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders effectively
  • Analytical thinker with experience in data reporting to guide business decisions
