Credentialing Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing the credentialing process, the full-time Credentialing Supervisor will manage a remote team, ensuring compliance with NCQA standards, monitoring performance metrics, and driving continuous process improvement in provider enrollment and credentialing operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with the Director of Compliance to align departmental initiatives and performance guarantees
• Monitor key performance indicators to assess the effectiveness and efficiency of provider enrollment and credentialing
• Develop and implement processes that support departmental and organizational goals, while overseeing team performance and workload distribution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university or equivalent experience
• Experience in the dental field and supervisory experience preferred
• Working knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations and credentialing standards
• Proven customer service and relationship-building skills
• Process and project management experience required
