Credentialing Supervisor

Job Summary

Overseeing all provider credentialing and contracting operations, the full-time Credentialing Supervisor will manage a team of Credentialing Specialists, ensuring timely and compliant processing of applications while maintaining strong payer relationships in a fully remote environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and support the credentialing team, assigning workloads and monitoring performance
• Oversee onboarding documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements
• Manage contract rate negotiations and maintain relationships with payer representatives to resolve issues

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcare credentialing or provider enrollment experience
• Prior supervisory or lead experience preferred
• Strong knowledge of CAQH, payer portals, and multi-state credentialing
• Experience in behavioral health strongly preferred
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
