Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credentialing - Team Lead to manage credentialing operations and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Credentialing Specialists and Operational Analysts to ensure timely and accurate credentialing file processing
• Oversee credentialing workflows and ensure compliance with NCQA guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvements in speed, quality, and efficiency of file processing

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of professional experience, with at least 2 years in a team management role
• Proven experience leading a team of 5 or more members
• Strong experience in client engagement and managing client relationships
• Knowledge of NCQA guidelines and state/federal regulatory requirements related to credentialing is a plus
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and Excel Macros is preferred
