Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the credentialing team, ensuring compliance and efficiency
• Conduct quality reviews and audits of credentialing files to maintain standards
• Support training and onboarding of Credentialing Specialists to ensure adherence to processes

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; combination of education and experience acceptable
• Minimum 3+ years of credentialing experience in a healthcare system
• Strong knowledge of medical staff credentialing processes and regulatory standards
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with medical staff leadership and internal stakeholders
