Job Summary
To enhance operational efficiency, the full-time remote Credentialing Team Lead will supervise credentialing workflows, manage a team of associates, and develop scalable processes to ensure timely provider credentialing and recredentialing.
Key responsibilities
- Provide guidance and training to credentialing associates while optimizing credentialing workflows and standard operating procedures
- Maintain accurate provider information and track credentialing deadlines to ensure timely completion of processes
- Develop dashboards and reports to analyze credentialing data, identifying trends and providing updates to leadership
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in healthcare credentialing or operations in a payer or provider setting
- 1+ years of supervisory experience in credentialing
- Strong understanding of NCQA credentialing requirements and best practices
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets and experience with credentialing software
- Experience in behavioral health or mental health provider credentialing
