Job Summary

Managing offshore teams and vendor training programs, the full-time CVO Training Specialist will ensure operational excellence and compliance through training design, quality assurance, and stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities
  • Design and implement training programs for offshore and vendor teams, including onboarding sessions and workshops
  • Establish and enforce quality assurance standards, conducting assessments and audits during training phases
  • Analyze operational and training reports to identify trends and provide insights for continuous improvement
Required qualifications
  • Experience in offshore operations leadership, training, and quality assurance
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in reporting tools
  • Healthcare experience with knowledge of payer enrollment and medical credentialing processes
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and credentialing databases
