Job Summary

To expedite the credentialing process, the remote part-time Credentials Examiner will obtain and verify information for new and recredentialing practitioners, ensuring compliance with departmental and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and verify required documentation for credentialing and recredentialing of practitioners
• Communicate with practitioners to address inquiries and gather necessary information within specified timelines
• Enter data and perform research functions to complete the credentialing process while maintaining a quality assurance accuracy rate of no less than 99%

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED certificate required
• Typing speed of 45-50 words per minute
• Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and accuracy in a fast-paced environment
