Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Director of Credit Administration in managing credit risk functions, including policy execution and portfolio analysis
  • Review and approve loan reviews for compliance and quality control, focusing on credit policy adherence
  • Mentor and train credit department personnel to foster a consistent credit culture
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business from an accredited institution
  • 7+ years of experience in underwriting or approving commercial real estate loans
  • 7+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements for loan requests
  • 2+ years of experience mentoring or training credit underwriters
  • 2+ years of experience making credit decisions on transactions over $5 million
