Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Support the Director of Credit Administration in managing credit risk functions, including policy execution and portfolio analysis
- Review and approve loan reviews for compliance and quality control, focusing on credit policy adherence
- Mentor and train credit department personnel to foster a consistent credit culture
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business from an accredited institution
- 7+ years of experience in underwriting or approving commercial real estate loans
- 7+ years of experience analyzing business and personal financial statements for loan requests
- 2+ years of experience mentoring or training credit underwriters
- 2+ years of experience making credit decisions on transactions over $5 million
