Credit Analyst

Job Summary

Building and maintaining relationships with dealers, the remote Credit Analyst I will process credit applications, evaluate credit risk, and develop underwriting skills while achieving volume and quality goals.

Key responsibilities

• Process new loan applications and gather data to evaluate credit risk
• Communicate with dealers to resolve issues and provide information
• Work with management to enhance underwriting skills and decision authority

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, communication, marketing, or related field OR 2 years of experience in underwriting or lending
• Professional phone presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to read and analyze general business periodicals and governmental regulations
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Internet Explorer)
