Credit Analyst

Job Summary

To support profitable growth in a remote capacity, the contract Credit Analyst will evaluate customer creditworthiness, manage credit risk exposure, and ensure compliance with global credit policies while collaborating with Sales, Finance, and Operations.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct thorough credit assessments for new and existing customers, analyzing financial statements and industry conditions
• Recommend appropriate credit limits and payment terms in alignment with global credit policy
• Monitor customer portfolios to identify financial condition changes and mitigate potential losses

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-4 years of experience in credit analysis, underwriting, or financial risk management
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data
• Proficiency in ERP systems, with SAP preferred
• Advanced Excel skills, including data analysis and reporting
