Credit and Collections Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Credit and Collections Analyst.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and reconcile customer disputes, payments, credits, invoices, and contracts
• Analyze customer accounts and evaluate credit worthiness
• Contact customers to secure payment on overdue balances and resolve open items

Required Qualifications:

• Completion of a four-year Bachelor's Degree program
• Minimum 5 years of A/R dispute resolution experience in a large organization
• Minimum 5 years of cash application research and analysis experience
• Advanced Excel skills, including writing advanced formulas, Pivot Tables, and V-lookups
• Experience following GAAP and SOX requirements in a publicly traded company
