Credit and Collections Analyst

Job Summary

Credit and Collections Analyst, responsible for managing student loan verifications and collections activities in a full-time remote role.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee new student payment plan program and manage invoicing and cash application
• Monitor aged accounts receivables and conduct collections for overdue accounts
• Ensure compliance with collection policies and maintain accurate accounts receivable records

Required Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of collection experience required
• Broad knowledge of collection policies and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA)
• Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office Applications
• Hands-on experience with NetSuite and Salesforce preferred
• Able to work independently and in a team-based environment
